I‘m Jaye! This is such a blessing to have an opportunity to share in the Transformation process with such amazing women!
Transforming trends is an all encompassing personalized life coaching focusing on the 4 most powerful parts of a person.

The personalized approach is focused from a God-centered stand point bringing intimacy and understanding to each area of your life.
This program first came about by my personal desire to level up and have a fresh start in areas of my life that I had not been victorious in for many years. As I began this journey I saw that not only was it necessary to transform my body, but also my mind, heart and soul.
This has been life-changing and I’m so blessed I now get to pay it forward to bring you first a cheerleader (my-self), and a coach (once a marine, always a marine) and lastly my first love, which is my foundation in the word of God. I can’t wait to get started with you and see your life-changing transformation!

This 12-week process is systematically broken down as we CHOOSE ( 1st gift to us from God) to be different. Each week is broken down with the “focus” guide for the week which is a roadmap to live intentionally toward your goals
Phase 1
This Phase is so rewarding because you will be reminded and discover your true GRIT.
Grit: Bravery, backbone, spirit, strength of character, strength of will, moral fiber, resolve, fortitude, toughness, hardiness, determination, tenacity, spunk
Phase 2
This Phase is summed up by these words, "A woman cannot discover oceans if she is not willing to loose sight of the shore." Think of the deepest desires of your heart that you possibly have held in secret, now it's time to shine!
Phase 3
The end of phase 3 will be 90 days of your true commitment and a grand style celebration of your Transformation! You will have grown and changed in ways that in the beginning were not even on your radar! Go ahead Sis, now LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE!
